St Aubyns

This project is the Campus Site phase of the St Aubyns School redevelopment in Rottingdean to provide  the following: 


• 29 new dwellings (16 houses, 13 Flats) with 18 different layouts 
• New electricity substation 
• New access road, landscaping, bin and cycle stores and private gardens 

Vorley Road

Developer:  London Borough of Islington

Architect: Levit Bernstein

This residential project will create 36 council homes for Islington residents
a new two-storey library and a new GP surgery.

MEP services included a basement plantroom with air handling plant, sprinkler & potable water tanks and a rooftop centralised air source heat pump Energy Centre serving the residential units.

The residential units are Passivhaus certified therefore certified MVHRs and positioning of the units to minimise heat losses was considered. 

Gascoigne East

Developer: Barking and Dagenham Council

Collaborators: Willmott Dixon

This residential project will create 124 affordable homes, consisting of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, a communal courtyard and bicycle parking area.

Shakespeare Square

Developer: Redbridge Council

Collaborators: Equans, RB electrical, DPH Mechanical Services

Architect: Bailey Garner

This residential project will provide 24 affordable homes. This will consist of 8 one-bedroom flats, 6 two-bedroom flats, 7 three-bedroom flats and 3 four-bedroom flats. A portion of these homes will be delivered by building another floor above 37-48 Shakespeare Square.

The Energy Strategy included roof mounted solar PV systems connected into the landlords electrical distribution system.  Apartments are provided with unitary air source heat pumps.

This residential project will provide 40 affordable homes.  This project includes comprehensive improvements to shared spaces additional car parking spaces.

Apartments are provided with air source heat pumps, MVHRs, sprinklers and low energy LED lighting.

Site wide services included a site wide category 3 sprinkler and potable water mains, electrical services, car park lighting and EV charging points.

Aberfeldy New Village, Poplar, Phase 2-6

Developer: EcoWorld/ Willmott Partnership Homes

Architect: Levitt Bernstein

This 6 phase redevelopment of Aberfeldy Village will provide up to 1200 dwellings, Retail, Community Centre and Health Centre as well as landscaped gardens.  The project includes a Central Energy Centre with CHP and the complete MEP design has been prepared using Revit including novation to the sub contractors for preparation of installation and dimensioned working drawings
