Hands on Approach
As a small design consultancy, the directors who have extensive experience in the industry take a hands on and personal involvement in the design and running of all our projects. This direct responsibility ensures all our designs are of the highest quality.
Whole Picture
Our experience in designing projects from concept to completion working for developers and contractors ensures we look at the “whole picture” and we understand what the contractors look for to ensure a smooth installation which in turn helps ensure a high quality installation.
Fully embracing BIM
We have embraced the use of BIM tools (Revit) which we find invaluable to ensuring an efficient design process with the whole design team and ensures a fully coordinated design is provided to Tendering Contractors or to the Sub-Contractors installing the MEP services.

We have over 80 years of combined experience in the Built Environment and operating for over 10 years. We have completed over 100 projects.
